Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all private transfers, tours and chauffeur services provided by Cape Comfort.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we reply with written confirmation of your vehicle, price and pickup time. Requests submitted through the website are quotes until confirmed.
Pricing
Quoted prices are fixed for the journey described in your confirmation. Additional stops, extra waiting time or route changes may be quoted separately before they are added.
Waiting time
For airport pickups we include complimentary waiting time and monitor your flight. For other pickups a short grace period applies before waiting time is charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations made well in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged to cover the driver's allocated time.
Passenger responsibility
Passengers must wear seatbelts, and children must travel in an appropriate child seat, which we can supply on request when arranged in advance.
Liability
We operate licensed, insured vehicles and take reasonable care of passengers and luggage. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather or road closures.
